We’re having an issue on our environment where users on a mail server keep getting no connection/could not be updated when trying to view a shared calendar. Check if the issue also.

Easy solution would be to open calendar in outlook.
For About 4 Weeks Now We Have Had The Problem That The Two Additional Calendars Integrated In Outlook Could Not Be Updated.

Open the outlook, click on the ‘send/receive tab;
If A Corrupt Calendar Entry Is Preventing Your Outlook Calendar From Updating, You Can Fix It By Deleting Or Repairing The Entry.
